Destination Inspiration // Add a Little Spice to Your Life

This employee photo was taken at the spice Bazaar in Istanbul, Turkey.
Favorite destination: My favorite destination would have to be Singapore. The best part of traveling is trying the different cuisines, and Singapore is a veritable melting pot of cultures and foods. The city is safe and convenient to explore, and the weather is always warm!
Favorite onboard snack: Flight Delights are always my go to snack. Anything with Nutella in it has to be good! I also like the variety.
#1 travel tip: Be flexible! My wife and I were in the airport checked in to go to Cairo the day the unrest started there. Delta cancelled service to Cairo that day and we were sitting in the airport with bags packed, passports in hand, a week off from work, and nowhere to go. I immediately pulled out my computer, logged into Travelnet, and found another vacation spot to go to besides Egypt. I listed us for the flight, booked a hotel, and off we went. We planned a whole new trip in less than an hour without even leaving the airport. The destination we chose? TURKEY! The spice Bazaar picture was a result of our flexibility and determination to have a great vacation.
Photo Inspiration: The colors were amazing and were just begging to be photographed. The bazaar is a sensory overload of smells, colors, and sounds.
Check out the Spice Market and all Istanbul has to offer this summer.
