Inside Delta // Improvements Coming to BusinessElite Service

Here at Delta, we are always working to listen to your feedback and improve your experience based on your input. Well we have heard you and beginning today, we plan to begin rolling out a re-design of our in-flight BusinessElite® service offerings that focus on granting our customers more Choice, Control and Consistency. Here are just a few of the exciting changes coming soon:
- New gourmet packaged snacks delivered on the ground prior to take off with sparkling wine, mimosa, beer or soft drinks. This offers more choice to the customer who might be hungry or who might want to save for later
- New Bar Cart service that features our great BusinessElite wines and refreshed appetizers. This style of service drives greater consistency of product presentation and delivery, while allowing our flight attendants to spend more time with our customers and less time running to the galley for supplies
- Refreshed menus, including regional entrees in select European markets
- One step “Dine and Rest” meals as a choice on every International flight. These meals are designed to offer the customer maximum relax/rest time and can be delivered quickly after take off or any time during the flight
